**Technology Support Specialist**

As a Technology Support Specialist, you’ll show demonstrable technical ability of Windows 7-10 and associated technologies such as backup and anti-virus, with a collaborative and concise communication style and, technical awareness and literacy of Microsoftcloud technologies such as Office365. You’ll have strong problem-solving skills, ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve incidents in a professional and timely manner.

**As our Technology Support Specialist, you will**:

- Provide desk-side support within the Nuffield Health Head Office, including an enhanced level of support for executive teams.
- Deliver a rolling programme of PC refresh to ensure that all staff with eligible devices are proactively contacted to have their machine replaced and that the process runs smoothly.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user to improve user satisfaction.
- Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service.
- Continually look for areas of improvement (process, technical, training) and bring these forward for consideration.
- Ensure that everything Nuffield IT does is considered against a backdrop of maintaining and improving security for our systems.
