It starts with you.The Senior Technology Application Manager (Diagnostics) will manage a team of application support specialists. You will lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver results across support and change. You will understand hospital systems primarily focussed on radiology and pathology and take responsibility for delivering a high quality support function.As the Senior Technology Application Manager in our Diagnostics Team, you will:Ensure high quality application configurations are delivered in line with product/business goals and delivery cycles using agile methods.Lead application specialists to work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional squad / unit, focused on delivering business outcomesRun, maintain and improve specific applications to the benefit of Nuffield Health users.Be responsible for provision of support and service for specific applications, managing customer service related to issues and problems.Be responsible for a team of Application Management professionals, coaching and mentoring them to collaboratively develop standards, innovate and build capability.Develop developing capability by facilitating internal mobility, shaping career paths, recruiting talent, and making sure people collaborate.Identify, test and champion the adoption of emerging technologies in the application management space.Helping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
