**About the Role**
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some HR experience who wants to take the next step and gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle in the engineering industry. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider people strategy.
**Specifically, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and oversee HR information systems.
- Coordinating our employee benefits platforms, ensuring staff have access to the right perks and support.
- Responding to any HR queries, providing guidance on processes and procedures, and escalating to the Head of HR where needed.
- Monitoring HR data to provide insights and improve our people processes.
- Getting involved in exciting HR projects that make a real difference.
**About you**
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in an HR support or coordination role
- Confidence in managing systems and maintaining accurate data records
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Experience in the engineering services sector would be advantageous
