Office Administrator

Mark Scott Constructions ltd are based in Berkhamsted and cover the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area. We have been established since 1974 and cover all areas of building work including but not limited to new builds, renovations, interior and external works.
We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Company Directors.
Duties to include:
- Answering telephone Calls.
- Opening and distributing the post.
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
- Ordering Stationery, equipment and other items.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain delivery dates and passing the information to the site Managers.
- Diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Office Administration.
- Good knowledge and understanding with MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of Sage an advantage
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm (negotiable)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- No weekends
