Check commercials Follow document work flow Ensure compliance with Quality Control Conduct contract audits e.g. check existing contracts on file. Assist team members with external audit requests. Contract validation and implementing any updates as required on internal CRM. Assisting with candidate queries. Liaising with the Sales / Admin / Finance teams to resolve outstanding queries and ensuring Contractors / Client are ready for payment / invoicing. Escalating to Management any Business that comes to your attention outside of company policy. Working to the Companies Service Level Agreements. To represent the company, adopting the highest possible standards of professionalism at all times. Provide an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged.
