**Senior Test Lead**

As a Barclays Senior Test Lead, you will be working work with developing software for the Bank’s various channels. Delivering and enhancing functionality into multiple digital channels along with POD mobile automation across various feature test teams. You will be involve in quality and governance of features merging into future releases.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Ensuring the mobile automation approach its optimised and meets project goals without compromising quality and time to market
- Growing Service virtualisation to reduce availability dependencies on downstream systems and reduce project downtime to help protect timelines and save on cost
- Implementing innovative and creative improvements to the Automation strategy to help increase coverage and reduce project test timelines
- You will be in charge of quality of mobile automations services and standards across different feature teams
- Managing the programme / projects and ensure effective utilisation
- Ensuring constructive working relationships within team and with other functional groups; both onshore and offshore

**What we’re looking for**:

- Solid knowledge and experience within test automation
- Experience of SDLC
- Solid experience in Vast Java / Automation Experience
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge and experience of successful implementation of mobile automation framework
- Knowledge and experience using a Service Virtualisation software; CA LISA Service Virtualization, IBM Rational Virtualization Server, HP Service Virtualization, ParaSoft etc
- Background working in a financial institution
- Proven ability to implement and improve new / existing process’s

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
