**Senior Delivery Lead**

As a Barclays Developer, you will be working as part of a core team alongside a Product Owner, Business Analyst Lead and Solutions Architect, this role will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of features across a maximum of 2 workstreams (known as Value Streams) in the NCGB programme. It will involve the planning and prioritizing of features into a product roadmap and overall responsibility for managing delivery through the full end-to-end software delivery lifecycle including pre-coding, build, integration, test and release.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Working with Product Owners to ensure each Value Stream has a clear vision
- Monitoring, managing and reporting progress against delivery plans
- Taking responsibility for the end to end integrated delivery plan for each feature in the Value Streams
- Taking responsibility for removing blockers in the team
- Establishing, running and embedding Agile ceremonies
- Ensuring Product Owners, Business Analysts and Solution Architects are refining their user stories and Avs collaboratively with Engineering Teams
- Forecasting, accurately and timely, the cost for features in the Value Stream

**What we’re looking for**:

- An experienced delivery lead who is comfortable in technical detail and overseeing delivery across a wide range of teams
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project delivery methods
- Experience in both leading a team and providing senior updates
- Exceptional communication skills

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Professionally recognised project/programme management qualification or previous relevant experience
- A high level understanding of cloud technology (AWS)
- Ability to work within a regulated and controlled environment
