As a Barclays M365 Productivity Delivery Lead you will be supporting our colleagues to better serve customers and clients through the delivery of technologies and ways of working to enhance their collaboration and productivity. You will ensure the primarygoal will be leading the delivery of technology to our colleagues, working alongside our technical teams to design, build, test and implement the solutions. A key part of the role is to ensure our customers and colleagues are considered.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Taking responsibility for successful delivery in line with the relevant Policies and Standards, keeping a focus on value and outcomes
- Collaborating with business analysts to define and document requirements
- Leading the design, build and test of solutions with Solutions Architects and Product Engineers
- Engaging operations and business to implement and transition to run solutions and services
- Ensuring that the business requirements remain at the heart of the technical solution
- Establishing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with the business and technical teams that benefit all involved
- Working with relevant areas to incorporate additional security, compliance, regulatory and operational requirements in the delivery of solutions
- Proactively identify and solve problems, making decisions and negotiating the right solutions to ensure outcomes remain on track
**What we're looking for**:

- Experience of managing change and release management processes
- Proven project management skills, ability to plan, coordinate and deliver to time and quality objectives
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- ITIL foundation certificate and service related topics (Change, Problem, Release, Configuration Management)
- Experience of working in the financial sector
- Experience in transitioning solutions to run teams
- Experience of working in a global organisation
**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful greenenvironment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
