**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using to maintain financial records.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
