About Us

That Girl Heaven is a fast-growing UK pyjama brand built around comfort, confidence, and “main character energy” nightwear. We’re a small, passionate team and our content is everything - it’s how we’ve built our community and driven sales. We’re now looking for a creative, driven Social Media & Paid Ads Marketer to join us and help scale the brand to the next level.

The Role

You will be responsible for growing our brand presence, engagement, and revenue through organic social and paid advertising.

You’ll be creating content, planning strategy, and running ads across Meta platforms. You’ll be in and around the products, the team, and behind-the-scenes of the brand - so we are ideally looking for someone local to Tamworth who can work in-house with us. We’re happy to offer some work-from-home days for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and post daily/regular content across TikTok, Instagram and other socials.
- Be hands-on with filming: try-ons, GRWM, packing orders, BTS, trend content, UGC-style videos, etc.
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This includes:

- Building and launching campaigns
- Testing creatives, hooks and audiences
- Tracking performance and reporting on ROAS / cost per purchase
- Run and monitor paid campaigns for product launches, promotions, and always-on sales.
- Suggest and execute new ideas to drive engagement, followers, and sales.
- Stay on top of trends (sounds, hooks, formats) and move fast.
- Support with influencer/UGC outreach and briefing creators.
- Assist with basic community management (DMs, comments, replies in brand tone).
- Report what’s working and what’s not, and make data-led recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
- You have proven experience running Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads for e-commerce brands (this is essential).
- You understand performance marketing: you know what CTR, CPA, AOV, ROAS actually mean in real life, not just in theory.
- You’re confident on camera and comfortable filming / being in content when needed.
- You’re naturally creative - you get “TikTok style”, you know how to hook in the first 2 seconds, and you care about aesthetics.
- You’re proactive and full of ideas, not someone who needs to be told what trend is happening.
- You’re fun, positive, and not afraid to get stuck in (we are a small team - no egos).
- You’re based in or near Tamworth, Staffordshire, and can work in-house with us most days.
- Strong written English and ability to write captions that sound like the brand.

Bonus (not required but nice to have)
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience in fashion / beauty / female-led brands.
- Experience with influencers/UGC creators.
- Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
