**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an apprentice digital marketer with Grafton’s, a professional beauty supplier based in Tamworth.
- Under the leadership of the Digital and eCommerce Manager you will be producing and delivering digital marketing content.
- Assisting with the implementation of brand and marketing strategies for each brand that meets the current brand objectives.
- Ensuring brand guidelines are met for all marketing communications.
- Assisting with development of creative online and digital campaigns to raise the profile of each brand through trade and consumer on-line channels.
- Contributing to the development of the on-line e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with other creatives and take direction from Brand Managers to make sure the content suits their audiences’ needs.
- Contribute to content planning, scriptwriting and ideation.
**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
**Social**
- Creation of social media copy, usage of hashtags, and alignment with brand tone of voice for both organic and paid social channels.
- Support monitoring of social community management and moderation.
- Assisting with sourcing, creating, uploading and monitoring performance on social channels.
- Supporting the Content Creator in organising content creation days to generate content to fit the social strategy.
- Assisting Content Creator to produce effective artwork, images, videos, podcasts and animations.
**Web**
- Maintaining website product catalogue, including product updates i.e. product images and descriptions.
- Creating and optimising onsite copy using keyword research and SEO best practises across the websites.
- Assisting with SEO link building exercises.
- Assisting with the creation/briefing of on-brand marketing visuals in accordance to the Digital Marketing plan.
- Assisting with new website builds and app integrations.
**SEO**
- Supporting the digital marketing manager and executive by creating optimised content for search and monitoring keyword performance using MOZ.
- Monitoring of the health of the mailing list.
**Other responsibilities**
- Carrying out other digital tasks to support the wider digital team, including but not limited to; content creation, social media monitoring and planning.
- Attending press/PR Events.
- Meeting Attendance -Marketing meetings, sales meetings, brand meetings, system training, product training etc.
- Carrying out competitor research and communicate this to relevant brand owners in order to help us gain competitive advantage.
- Attending training courses and supplier/retailer seminars to develop in the relevant knowledge to aid business development.
- Health & Safety policy and procedures to be followed and is the responsibility of all staff.
- Support adhoc duties within the marketing team as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
**Skills Required**:

- A keen eye for design, photography, branding, social media content and marketing.
- Excellent creative/copywriting skills.
- A creative mindset, the ability to come up with new and exciting content ideas.
- Good use of Microsoft programmes including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team and to prioritise workload.
**Skills Desired**:

- An understanding of digital studio photographic processes including advanced lighting.
- Use of Adobe programmes including Photoshop.
- A love of all things social.

**Benefits**:
This is a full-time head office-based position (8:30 am till 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch). Holiday entitlement is 23 days per year, of which 2-3 days are to be taken over Christmas. You’ll also receive 1 day for your birthday. Bank holidays are given in addition. Inclusion to company pension after successful completion of the probationary period.
