The Social Media Executive position is a brand new role that will join the existing marketing team to lead the growth and success of current and new social media channels.

The SnowDome is a multifaceted business with many sectors all within a single venue. This provides an endless provision of exciting marketing opportunities. There is a multitude of platforms and systems in place to harness and maximise these opportunities. The role will drive brand growth and awareness through creative and engaging social media content. Communicating the brand story so far and the unique experiences offered at our venue.

The perfect addition to the team will be the sort of person who thrives in a fast-paced, highly unique and ever-changing environment. You will embody and understands the value of what it means to be a true team player and your “can-do” spirit will be a genuine part of your personality. Influencing your peers around you and working alongside people will be a natural skill. You will ensure consistently high standards of yourself with a meticulous eye for detail.

Experience across social media channels such as but not exclusive to Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and YouTube is highly desirable. A passion and interest in snow sports or sports are preferred but not essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar is essential. **Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage the content calendar across all social media channels
- Work with the Brand Manager to devise and implement the social media strategy, and create the content pillars across all social media channels
- Create engaging copy in line with social media content pillars to support commercial and brand goals
- Film and produce on-the-ground content for all social media channels
- Build the image and film library to leverage across social media
- Design assets and templates for posts and stories
- Publish content in line with marketing and social media plans

Full-time (occasional evenings & weekends for events), permanent, £competitive & benefits.
