We are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Tamworth based client on a permanent basis.

**As a Sales and Marketing Executive you will need to have/be**:

- Experienced within sales and marketing administration ideally within a B2B environment
- Accurate and diligent
- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Able to work on own initiative and create new ideas on an ongoing basis for the content of websites and platforms
- Ability to communicate at all levels of a business up to Director level

**Details**:

- **Salary**: £22, 000 - £24, 000
- **Working Hours**: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- **Location**: Tamworth
- **Duration**: Permanent

**Role of Sales and Marketing Executive**:

- Creating all internal and external branded marketing material, such as brochures, PDFs etc to support the sales team.
- Creating all blog / article content for the website and partner sites, including cross posting on social media
- Managing the Trustpilot account, ensuring the team are gaining as many reviews as possible and disseminating across all digital channels.
- Writing descriptions for workspaces to appear on business and partner sites
- Monitoring communication with clients and escalating cases that are not in line with the brand
- Managing all client experience communications, gifts and feedback.
- Adding all details to the company CRM and websites, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Explaining the service to potential clients, and handling queries and complaints.
