JOB TITLE: Social Media Executive
SITE LOCATION: Building Components Division BCD / Tamworth
REPORTS TO: Divisional Digital Marketing Manager
**Job Purpose**:
Deliver social media objectives in line with targets for business/brands within BCD
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Daily management of social media channels across businesses and brands within BCD
- Development and implementation of strategies for each with clear KPIs - both organic and paid
- Analysis of content and its performance with regular reporting
- Creation of assets for social media channels
- Creation of a social content calendar in line with the businesses overall marketing plans
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to generate engaging content
- Scheduling of all content and execution of planned social media strategy
- Proactively engaging with social communities and managing direct enquiries
- Creating a consistent tone of voice and representing brand identities
- Working closely and confidently with the wider marketing team, providing creative ideas and input in other areas
- Keeping up to date with social media changes as well as social media’s role in our industry

**Key Experiences and Skills Required**:

- 2 years + social media experience in B2B environment
- Passionate about social media and all things digital
- Creative with a strong attention to detail to create engaging campaigns
- Excellent copy writing, spelling and grammar
- Confident creating assets with photoshop, canva or equivalent
- Experience creating social media content plans and calendars and implementation of them
- Experience managing both paid social campaigns, organic social campaigns and analysis of their performance
- Developing and maintain tone of voice for different audiences
- Interpretation of campaign results and how they can drive improvement for the next campaign
