**The Role**

**- Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
- Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
- Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
- Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed
- Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
- Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.

**About You**

With strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail, you will bring your previous customer service or sales experience to the position, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:

- Fluency in Italian (Essential)
- Strong computer proficiency (Essential)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (Essential)
