Our Bestpac UK Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving paper packaging sales by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Initiate and maintain relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, generating leads through various methods.
- **Targets**:Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand and promote our range of paper packaging products, effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.
- **Pricing**:Complete estimates and tenders for customers.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any objections or concerns.
- **Reporting**: Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative. Must have worked in the paper packaging industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with business relationship management and customer relationship management practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Starting salary £40,000 plus commission.

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
