**Position**: Field Sales Representative - **MUST DRIVE**

**Location: Blackburn, Lancashire, United Kingdom**

**Salary**: £15.33 per hour **PLUS ADDITIONAL OTE £8400 COMMISSION PER ANNUM**

**Contract**: Permanent - 30 Hours per week 5 days (Tue-Sat)

**Expenses**: FULLY Paid Travel

**Start Date**: Immediate start available

**Requirements**:MUST** have **a car and a valid driving licence**. Must be comfortable working with **nicotine** products.

Agile Retail are looking for talented **Field Sales Representatives** to join our dynamic team

You’ll need to **drive** for this exciting **permanent** opportunity that will see you working with the top **nicotine** alternative brand in various **Key Accounts**.

**In It For You**:

- On target earnings **£33,000**( Base wage **PLUS** **ADDITIONAL** **OTE £8400**)
- Base pay £15.33/hour + commission for each item sold - **UNCAPPED**:

- **30 Hours** per week (Days: Tue-Sat)
- **FULLY PAID** travel expenses
- **Immediate** Start available
- **Progression** into Field Sales Manager and beyond

Due to the nature of this role you must have a **full UK driving licence** and access to your **own vehicle**and must be happy to travel approx. a one hour radius.

**The Role**:

- Engage with customers to sell **nicotine** based products
- Achieve **daily sales targets**, with full accountability for your performance.
- Submit end-of-day **sales** **reports**:

- Introduce customers to new brands and products, **converting them into loyal**:

- **buyers.**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to **maximize your**:

- **sales opportunities.**:

- Work closely with the team to ensure you're **hitting targets** and developing your skills

Whilst **previous sales experience is ideal,** if you have the **drive** and **belief** that you can **sell** and are looking for a career in sales, we want to meet you
