As the HR Coordinator, your role will be to support the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, from role offer to leavers. You’ll provide a customer-focused support by proactively building relationships internally to deliver an efficient and effective service.
- New starter onboarding which includes offer letter and contracts, pre-employments checks and creating/participating in a company induction program.
- Maintaining the organisation charts for each site.
- Keeping the HR system up to date which includes adding new starters, leavers, employee details changes, payroll changes and salary uploads.
- Managing monthly payroll submission and dealing with payroll queries.
- Create and maintain filing systems and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
- Logging all absences on the HR system and spreadsheet, notify managers of any absence triggers and ensuring the Business Partner is kept up to date of any further escalations to disciplinary.
- Processing leavers and working closely with managers to ensure all areas of the leavers process has been completed.
- Organising and conducting exit interviews and reporting on the information provided.
- Producing monthly reports and sharing these with the relevant people within the business.
- Raising purchase orders for the HR team and reviewing any incoming invoices.
- Completing tenancy and employment references for employees.
- Processing Criminal Record Check renewals to ensure all employees are DBS checked and updating our records.
- Managing the right to work checks and visas to ensure we have valid working documents.
- Other general administration: Actioning any employee and payroll changes, processing probation period, answer any incoming phone calls to the team, ad-hoc project work.
**Requirements: -**
- Strong administration experience
- HR Administration experience would be a real advantage.
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate with all levels of the company including Senior Management
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and problem solve
- Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
