Divisional Co-ordinator

As the Airport Divisional Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Airport management teams in order to maximise the use of their time in the most productive and efficient way and drive results within the division.

About you

With an administration or personal assistant background, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to have a good attention to detail and a methodological approach to work, you’ll be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ideally you will have already worked in an administration or pa based role and be fully self-sufficient, self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative.

You will have a versatile approach to achieving the desired results and be able to flex around the needs of the airports management team. You’ll have strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, along with experience in maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
