Founded in 2011 our international retail footprint now stands at over 100 locations.

We are the global leader in travel SIM card and eSIM retail.

Our business caters to global travellers so they can stay connected and avoid expensive roaming charges. We have stores and vending machines in airports across Europe including London Heathrow, Athens, and Brussels, as well as affiliate partnerships withretailers including WHSmith and InMotion.

Our business is growing rapidly, and our busy Operations team need an enthusiastic and flexible Account Exec to manage our Affiliate partnerships. You’ll work closely with our Chief Retail Officer & Chief Commercial Officer to grow sales, and to ensure aseamless trading relationship between all parties.

**The Objective of the Role**:
To support Sim Local Affiliate Partners to grow sales & create trust-based relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build trust-based relationships with Affiliate Partners, by offering client support via weekly meetings (Both Face to Face & Virtual).
- Monitor & analyze sales reports.
- Forecast monthly / quarterly sales whilst mapping stock requirements to same.
- Store visits (All over UK) to ensure standards are best in class.
- Managing Sales Support staff to ensure they are offering the best customer experience to our Affiliate customers. This will also include managing Rota’s / staff training / inductions and day to day operations.
- Communicating with Affiliate Partners to understand their needs & to gather product or service feedback.
- Co-ordinate Marketing changes in-store by liaising with both Operators and our Marketing team.
- Continuously evaluating opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction & retention.

**Location & Flexibility
**We are based in London, beside Heathrow Airport. Whilst do offer flexible options around working from home we promote a hybrid working environment. We are happy to discuss individual needs. Please note - some travel will be required.
