**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for the governance and effective control of the portfolio of IAG Cargo projects, ensuring best practice project management leads to the delivery of on time, on budget and sustainable transformation
- Maintain oversight of the transformation office resource and allocate project management resource as and where required
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Proactively manage upwards ensuring risks are flagged and timely recommendations are put in place with required levels of ownership and buy in from business stakeholders
- Review project progress and proactively address issues as they arise, challenging the status quo to better business performance
- Ensure the full IAG Cargo portfolio of change is tracked, prioritised and aligned to protect the quality and pace of transformation
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities, interdependencies, gaps, risks and issues
- Provide interim and additional project management support at early or critical phases of key initiatives where required. Provide advice to project managers to get project structures and resources in place for full delivery.
- Provide support to the Cargo Executive Team as and when required
