**We are currently seeking a Lounge Business Executive**
In this role you'll be responsible for managing the portfolio of British Airways and partner lounge suppliers, the primary goal is to deliver an elite lounge experience that consistently exceeds customer expectations, setting the standard within airline lounges
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts and suppliers for lounges owned by British Airways and partners/third parties.
- Securing business case approvals for lounge costs in accordance with the company’s standing financial instructions.
- Overseeing lounge operations, encompassing:
- Ensuring supplier delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Serving as the day-to-day point of contact and providing support for internal and external delivery partners.
- Managing lounge maintenance.
- Overseeing food safety and health & safety protocols.
- Handling customer communications.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, achieve cost savings, and generate revenue.
- Utilizing customer insights (CSAT) and intelligence to deliver a world-class customer experience.
