As an **Executive Assistant** at our Dereham office, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing high-level administrative support to ensure efficiency and excellence across the board. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Schedule Management**: Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple internal stakeholders.
- **Flexible Support**: Be available to work flexible hours when business needs arise.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare and organise materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- **Communication**: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Project Coordination**: Manage special projects and track action items to completion.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft reports, memos, and other necessary documents.
- **Event Planning**: Assist with planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- **File Management**: Maintain an organised filing system to ensure records are up to date and accessible.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform additional duties to enhance the efficiency of management teams.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple diaries for internal stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday (Full-time but Part-time considered).
- **Flexibility**: Able to work outside standard hours when required to meet business needs.
- **Location**: Office-based in Dereham.
