We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive. This is a pivotal role, providing high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the office of the Chief Executive and the Directors.

**What you'll be doing**
- **Be the right hand** of the Chief Executive - managing their inbox, prioritising communications, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper to their time.
- **Lead the way** in preparing for high-level meetings, from briefings and agendas to travel plans and logistics.
- **Stay one step ahead**, anticipate needs, take proactive ownership of follow-ups, and support the smooth running of corporate management and committee activity.
- **Represent the office** with professionalism, liaising confidently with elected members, senior managers, external partners, and stakeholders.
- **Provide reliable, proactive support**that ensures seamless operations in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
