Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Retention Executive to join our National Accounts team in Dereham. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various sectors. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to security and environmental responsibility consistently developing and growing our relationships across our National Account clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer enquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in the development of customer care policies and procedures.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay informed about company services to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Experience required:

  • Customer service experience with proven ability to upsell and develop existing key accounts on a consistent basis.
  • KPI driven and a great team player
  • Strong background in customer services or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a call centre environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
