**Freelance Service Design Lead**

I am working with a digital agency in Central London who are looking for a freelance Service Design Lead/ Customer Experience to start ideally this week.

The role will be for a new city in tourism, ideally you must have not only a strong service design background but also MUST have travel or tourism experience

**Role**

This project requires a very experienced hands-on service design lead, who is very comfortable with creating experience maps, blueprints, ecosystem maps as well as doing user research and creating personas - not just talk about them

**Requirements**:
Design of user personas, digital journeys, experiences and touch points.

Deliverables for this year include:
1. Develop user journeys for Operators, Guides and other key actors forTourism (then later map each actor's 'seamless' digital journey and capabilities/integration needed).

2. Definition of 'Seamless' for Consortium and UX design guidelines

3. Design of the learner's immersive journey

4. Support of both Booking and smart trip planning design

5. Support on Metaverse Journeys

6. TBC data touch points and map design

**Initial duration**: 6 months

**Timeline**:ASAP

**Travel**:need to be prepared to go to Saudi Arabia once a month or slightly less apart from that remote (travel expenses covered)

You can be based in other countries providing time zones work with the UK
