With a strong pipeline of projects already secured for 2026, they are looking to welcome an experienced Lead AV Designer to the team.Lead AV RoleAs Lead AV Design Engineer, youll take ownership of high-end residential (and occasional commercial) AV system design from concept through to completion. Youll work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure every system is beautifully designed, technically robust, and seamlessly integrated into the built environment.Key Responsibilities include to:Produce detailed AV system designs and create design packages aligned with RIBA stagesPrepare rack elevations, cable schedules, mounting details and network topology diagramsAttend and contribute to design coordination meetings, providing expert technical guidanceAssist with fee proposals, scopes of work, and design rationale when requiredProduce supporting collateral such as technical brochures, system summaries and visual presentation materialSupport the creation of as-built drawings and O&M manual documentation...
