**About the Role**

As a **Customer Service Advisor**, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication, providing helpful, confident and timely support. Whether it's resolving queries, processing orders, or giving customers product advice, your goal is to leave every interaction with a positive impact.
- **Full-time permanent position**:

- **Immediate start available**:

- Monday to Friday schedule - no late nights or weekends
- Full training provided - experience is welcome but not essential

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
- Working closely with internal teams to provide fast solutions
- Updating customer records accurately
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
