Full-time 35 hours a week

**Proposed start date**: As soon as possible

Our client is a leading provider of interpreting and translation services throughout the UK. As a result of continuing expansion of their business, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Translations Project Coordinator to join their highlysuccessful team.

**The role**:

- Planning, scheduling and monitoring translation projects
- Sourcing and coordination of translators and other language professionals including negotiation
- Proofreading and QA-checking of translations
- Effective communication with clients, linguists and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction including answering incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand and abide by individual project instructions
- Data entry
- Work effectively in a team driven environment

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Excellent organisation and timekeeping
- Strong communication, both written and oral
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A positive and friendly attitude
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Customer service and/or project coordination experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as the ability to learn new software
- Excellent computer literacy
