**About Us** We're on a mission to **"Connect the real world with the **digital world to improve lives”.** To get there, we govern ourselves with a set of simple, yet powerful guiding principles. - We believe we make a difference to people’s lives._ - We care about each other & our customers._ - We challenge the Industry._ - We deliver on our promises and have fun doing it._ **What you will be doing** - Working within the PMO to support / manage the FTTP build projects / programme. - PIA Governance / compliance - ensure the suppliers and internal teams are adhering to the PIA contract requirements. - NRSWA Governance, compliance & coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and update the project risk registers. - Track / chase closure of identified risk solutions. - Update the project RAID logs. - Track project progress against issued programmes. - Ensure build partners have provided programmes and kept up to date / revised accordingly. - Gather project progress updates from CXN build team / build partners. - Attend weekly build partner agenda meetings and take minutes of the meetings. - Attend regular meetings including; planning, internal project, LA and PIA. - Ensure build partners have called off materials to meet the project programme and that they are conforming to the communications plan. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with department managers and other stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and identify potential issues. - Track / monitor design change requests. - Use project management software such as Asana to track project tasks and milestones. - Prepare project status reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders. - Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members. - Ensure internal / external teams have completed / submitted as-built documentation. - Track progress of defect clearance. - Any other Adhoc or new PMO requirements. **NRSWA** - Raise, start / stop, close and registration of permits using Street Manager. - Track, monitor, manage permits of internal teams and external suppliers to meet the build programme. - Track, monitor, manage overruns, FPN’s, defects, whereabouts / any other related NRSWA requirements. **PIA** - Ensure network adjustments have been submitted for blockages, D-Poles etc. - Ensure network adjustment trackers are being updated. - Monitor and escalate PIA rejections, non-conformances - Candid - check / monitor for Candid defects, distribution and resolution. - Monitor and ensure NOI closures are up to date. - Monitor build partners PIA whereabouts submissions / accuracy. **Essential qualifications, skills, competencies and experience** - Experience and understanding of fibre optic networks - civils, poles, cable and splicing. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment. - Strong project coordination skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with department managers and other stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Confident in undertaking Continuous Professional Development across different fields of expertise. **Desirable **qualifications, skills, competencies and experience** - PIA knowledge / experience - Previous Street Works coordination experience. **Benefits** - Great Culture & Awesome People - 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays - Enhanced Parental Benefits - Employee Referral Scheme - Birthday Day Off - Flexible Working - Cycle to Work Scheme **Equality and Diversity** - Age - Disability - Gender reassignment - Marriage or civil partnership - Pregnancy or maternity - Race - Religion - Sex - Sexual Orientation
