We design, supply, install, commission, service and maintain a wide range of Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Renewable and Heating equipment, from all the leading manufacturers to Commercial, Industrial & Domestic stakeholders.

**The Role**:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting all activities of the Project members, keeping all stakeholders abreast of project progress, identifying and raising potential risks. The Project Coordinator will have ownership of the project planner, allocation of the appropriate resources, up to date project budgets and procurement of all equipment and materials.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Hold an appropriate project plan for each and all pending, ongoing projects. Review, plan and organize to be able to support the needs of the Project Managers at each stage of the process
- In consultation with the Project Managers schedule the relevant resource to the allocated projects
- Procurement of materials required to maintain project objectives and schedule
- Coordinate daily & weekly Project Planning Meetings, working with Project Managers to mitigate project risks, project delays and prioritization of committed projects
- Ensure all relevant Health & Safety document is issued in accordance with the Company Standard Operating Procedure in force at that time
- Liaise with stakeholders to confirm arrangements, keeping all stakeholders regularly up to date with project plans
- Update job progress software and project logs with engineer progress reports
- Raise any flagged concerns with the relevant Project Manager and support the risk management process.
- Meet KPI following project completion to provide the client with Full Commissioning and Operational Maintenance Manuals
- Review and minimize the department Work In Progress
- Produce invoice reports for Finance
- Maintain an accurate list of completed Projects ready for handover to Sales, manage the handover process
- Support with the collation and preparation of information for any necessary reports/meetings
**We are looking for individuals who can meet the following requirements**:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordination role
- Working knowledge of the construction sector
- You will be an effective communicator who can liaise with internal and external stakeholders over various communication channels
- Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders, working in collaboration to ensure all parties needs are being balanced
- Proven experience in planning, piortising and being able to effectively manage your own time
- Proven experience in making effective decisions that will prevent project derailments
- High level of commercial and financial acumen with previous experience managing project budgets
- You will be approachable yet assertive to support with the people management of resources, ensuring reports are completed on time, authorising expenses/holidays etc
