This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and committed Sales & Marketing Business Partner. The main responsibility for this role will be to focus on strategic initiatives to increase revenue streams and contribute to the commercial success of a portfolioof 10 privately owned care and nursing homes across our Cambridge Region.
A background in care homes or private social care will be essential in understanding and developing our target market and you will work closely with the PR & Marketing team to develop engaging content and marketing collateral to promote the business to ourtarget audience.
You will have an understanding of key stakeholders within the sector including the commissioners of care services in order to identify business opportunities for example private hospitals, clinics, GP’s, primary care trusts, local authorities, medical professionals,district nurses, healthcare clinics as well as existing residents and their families. The ultimate aim is to increase private occupancy within the homes.
You’ll have excellent people and relationship building skills along with bags of empathy and compassion. If you have worked on contracts, tenders and price negotiations this would also be advantageous.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Identify new opportunities and generate a consistent and continuous revenue stream.
- Negotiate and win business
- Lead on CRM engagement ensuring the homes and region are keeping records up to date and supporting the customer journey.
- Weekly/monthly reporting in line with objectives.
- Ensure that our teams are trained to deliver a great customer journey.
- Monitoring quality checks of social media for the homes.
- Lead on marketing activity.
- Support in the production of printed stationery and promotional items.
- Ordering signage.
