This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management within the tools and industrial supplies sector, capable of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue targets.Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximise performance and sales results.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives.Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.The Successful ApplicantA successful Regional Sales Manager should have:Proven experience as a sales manager or regional sales manager, preferably in tools, industrial products, or related sectors.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.What's on OfferCompetitive package depending on experience
