**The Role?**
As a Collections Specialist/Advisor you will be handling inbound and outbound calls to our new and existing customers regarding a range of award winning financial products and services designed to improve our customers financial circumstances
When you join us you will receive in depth training and when you are ready, with our support, you can start taking calls from our customers with queries ranging from financial reviews to products/service enquiries and much more.
Supporting customers and making a real difference to their lives is what we are all about so as a Collections Specialist/Advisor you will routinely go the extra mile to help our customers resolve their issues and ensure they have the right and product and servicefor them.
Flexible hybrid working is available in this role as we recognise that you don't need to be in the office all the time to do your job and we want our staff to have a great work life balance Once trained and competent in the role you will have the flexibilityto work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.
