**Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their fast-paced Relocations and Mobility Customer Service team.**
**Where you will be based**

This role will be 100% office based at our offices in South Ruislip, London, UK.

Due to the nature of the role, it cannot be undertaken remotely or in an hybrid working capacity.

**What is a Finance Administrator to us?**

The role of the Finance Administrator is an integral one within the Service Delivery Team.

As the Finance Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative duties whilst delivering consistently high customer service to internal and external customers as first point of contact to the branch, both via operating the main switchboard andwelcoming visitors.

**What you will do**
- Processing of the disbursement invoices for all clients both client funded/non client funded accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing;
- Ensuring all disbursement invoices are raised and recharged back to the client in a timely manner & interaction with both the London hub and Prague finance team happen smoothly;
- Liaise with the Service Delivery team and Operational Finance to ensure all job costing and disbursements are being entered/tracked and recorded correctly;
- To not have anything over 90+ days old on the Disbursement Reconciliation outstanding.
- To identify and process all Disbursement invoices from the service partners.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have obtained or be working towards an accountancy qualification and have previous experience in an administrative position. You will be highly organised with great attention to detail and able to effectively prioritiseyour workload dependant on deadlines and changing requirements. It would be a bonus if you are bilingual, but this is not a deal breaker.
