The responsibilities..
- Providing support to the finance team
- Administering and processing timesheets ensuring all pay and charge rates are correct and up to date
- Follow multiple processes with deadlines to ensure that our payroll function runs smoothly
- Performing data entry tasks onto Excel and CRM systems
- Process invoices weekly
- General office and admin duties

The skills required..
- Experience within a payroll function would be helpful but not required
- Confident working with numbers
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Organised with good time management skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: One location
