CRM Support and Business Process Lead

**Location**: Remote based, with regular travel expected to Head Office, Guildford.
**Salary**: £29,880 - £33,200 per annum
**Contract**: Full time (37.5hrs per week)

Reporting to the Head of IT, we have an exciting new role for a confident CRM professional to lead on providing first line support for Microsoft Dynamic across Cycling UK.
The post holder will be responsible for liaising with our external support partners, logging issues, tracking resolutions and ensuring there is a process for continuous improvements and maintenance of the Dynamics CRM.
Ideally you will have had previous experience within a not-for-profit environment, providing 1st line support to staff on Dynamics 365, or a similar CRM. Experience of creating and delivering training is essential along with the ability to support multipleprojects and working knowledge of test script development.
