A highly successful Japanese multinational oil company is looking for an experienced QA Lubricants Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for the quality assurance business of the department.

Some understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full time

**SALARY**: up to £40k depending on experience

**LOCATION**: London

**WORKING HOURS**: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday (Hybrid working style applied)

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality assurance business of the Lubricants department
- Promotion and guidance of quality assurance systems for contract manufacturers in Japan and overseas
- Investigate causes of quality problems, formulate preventive measures, and report where necessary, your findings
- Regular Audit management for outsourcing companies in cooperation with headquarters Quality Assurance Guidelines
- Search, survey, and report new contract manufacturer’s business locations
- Experience in quality assurance, ideally in the lubricant business in Europe
- Educated to a degree level
- Quality assurance experience
- Solid understanding of SAP
- Flexible and able to travel in and around Europe
- Business level of fluency in English
- Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
