Ref: CC46875 TYPE: Permanent, full-time WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday SALARY: £36k-£38k, depending on experience + paid commuting costs START: Mid-November LOCATION: Central London, hybrid working available BENEFITS: Private Medical Insurance, full commutation allowance, annual health check, life insurance / income protection, 20 days of annual Leave, plus +10 days company holidays Lubricant Sales Manager Main Responsibilities: ●Building and maintaining good working relationships with distributors (Several countries including Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia) ● Conduct both distributor management and direct sales ● Obtain accurate forecasts from customers ● Establish good relationships with customers to resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions ● Ensure that contracts/agreements are concluded with the customer ● Take initiative and cooperate in resolving quality-related matters ● Generate new business by utilising existing and potential customer networks ● Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success ● Account and transaction status reporting ● Set and track sales account targets in line with corporate objectives ● Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) ● Recommend actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities ● Monitor customer AR amounts and credit lines on a regular basis ● Complete payment of all invoices associated with assigned accounts ● Support in the absence of the GM ● Other duties to be added from time to time ● Continuous improvement through feedback Lubricant Sales Manager Ideal Candidate: ● Preferably experience in lubricant sales, but if not, experience in chemicals, automobile parts, steel, etc, would be needed ● 2-4 years of relevant experience working B2B Sales / Business Development roles ● Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills to finalise Contracts and Pricing Formulas with customers ● Strong English-speaking skills are essential. Effective verbal communication in English is critical for engaging in discussions and negotiations with distributors ● Sales Forecasting and Analysis ● Commercially astute and customer focused ● Strong ability for decision making ● Motivated individual with Can Do attitude and ability to resolve issues with all stakeholders with confidence ● Degree holder in Business or relevant disciplines **
