Your role as Solution Design Consultant/Solutions Architect is a pivotal role to play in surfacing, stimulating and shaping demand for **QA's** solutions across our client organisations. You will be working closely with our Client Relationship Partners to develop strategic and influential relationships with clients, helping to shape their future vision and strategic directionin relation to talent for the digital age.
You will be a critical interface between the client and **QA's** talent solutions, bringing clarity and direction to shape the creation of designed solutions.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**As Solution Design Consultant your role is to**:
Support the design of talent solutions required to meet client requirements in response to **RFPs** and **ITTs** ensuring that solutions are innovative and competitive
Create content and innovative approaches to talent that will stimulate conversations and surface demand across the client organisations with a focus on being prepared for the Digital Age.
Facilitate strategic talent conversations in the client organisation in order to position **QA's** capabilities and extend **QA's** reach within the organisation
Provide the wider client account team with strategic input, innovative thinking and solution design support to deepen client conversations.
Support account team in creating new and grow existing strategic relationships across the client organisations with the focus on talent solutions. This may include delivering presentations, facilitating workshops and undertaking consultancy engagements.
Gain an in-depth understanding of issues impacting client operational capability and the opportunities (and risks) which digital transformation presents
Provide expert consultancy to senior stakeholders, shaping their thinking and helping them to articulate the future vision and strategic direction for talent in the digital age
Leverage strategic relationships to raise the profile of **QA's** offering in talent solutions consultancy
Engage closely with **QA** learning consultants to establish the high-level requirements for learning solutions and agree (from the outset) strategies for evaluation of impact
Continually develop and grow own capabilities and credibility within the field of digital transformation, including creating and maintaining personal networks with industry and academic organisations
