We are growing our FO consulting team and looking for a Solution Architect to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.As a Solution Architect your main responsibilities include...working directly with clients to understand their business strategy high level requirements & processesdemonstrating the future state solution enactment of the articulated business strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & related applications and technologiesusing specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients articulated business strategyproviding solution propositionsdeveloping original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and proceduresdesigning bespoke solutionsdocumenting the Solution Designreviewing functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality including complex integrations or significant module changesacting as the single point design authority between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developedguiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and acting as the primary contact between these teams and the functional outputs and requirementssharing knowledge with project teams and other cross-functional consulting teamsexecuting assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltds Quality Management Policythe overall accountability for the functional & technical workstream solution design and the overall solution integration design.Qualifications : As an FO Solution Architect you will have:a deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions & integrationsthe ability to understand what clients are trying to achieve their strategic goals challenges and desired outcomesexperience of developing customised solutions to their complex business problemsdemonstrable long-term Solution Architect experience with demonstrable completed full lifecycle implementationsstrong working knowledge of solution and integration designrelevant Microsoft certificationsexcellent documentation and communication skillsa logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systemsability to multitask and prioritisegood interpersonal skills and attention to detailexperience within the retail and commerce space highly desirableAdditional Information : In applying for a role with Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited and/or its affiliates (Hitachi) you consent to Hitachi collecting and storing your personal information (including your name job title and email address) in relation to this role and any others that may be suitable in the future.
