**Senior Recruitment Coordinator**

You will also;
- Maintain and improve the structure of the Consultant database.
- Onboard consultants as QA employees to align with first client deployment
- Manage all consultant churn forecasting
- Maintain consultant sell/buy-rate information for sales team

**Skills**
- Experience of people management, human resource management processes, and data management.
- Able to understand client facing commercial documents, including contracts, service agreements, Scope of Work and Purchase Orders
- Handle projects or relationships with diverse stakeholders.
