Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding College who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the Senior People Business Partner with various recruitment duties.

**Main Duties**:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:

- Advertising job opportunities, sending contracts to new starters and processing compliance check such as right to work documents
- Main point of contact for any queries from students, employees and external stakeholders
- Coordinate recruitment events, suggest innovative recruitment strategies and refining benefits package
- Facilitate interviews, training new employees with recruitment process and supporting with payroll
- Assisting with finances and implementing policies as well as health and safety requirements
- Updating the CRM system with relevant documents and maintain confidential with sensitive documents

**Requirements**:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you must have the below:

- Proven experience of processing right to work documents role
- Experience of start to end recruitment/HR within education
- Ideally previous use of Itrent
- Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft
- Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive
