Location: Coalville

**Summary of the Role**
- Implementing reporting & analytical reviews on costs, ensuring robust controls,
- Provide assistance in highlighting members risks, engaging with the heads of network to ensure issues are understood & actions implemented to reduce risk of exposure,
- Providing the business with strong analytical review of GIT Insurance, IMR trending and Rebates monitoring,
- Setting on the GIT recharge rates upon approval, monitoring the profit and loss of GIT insurance premiums,
- Timely distribution of reports, ensuring these are issued to agreed timescales / formats,
- Assistance for monitoring & controlling member debts & payments,
- Assist with month-end & journals,
- Invoice query management & resolution,
- IMR clear downs are routinely managed, sign off obtained before actioning,
- Ensuring member deal payments are effectively controlled and only paid when supporting paperwork is evidenced,
- Raising Purchase orders for the network team ensuring these are in line with agreed deals and supported by contracts with any issue identified and fed back to the Network Director,
- Supporting Finance & Administration, Members and Customers department ensuring the functional objectives are met.
