**Responsibilities of the HR & Training Administrator**
- HR process administration
- Provide policy support and advice

- Supporting the delivery and co-ordination of learning and development events
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Maintaining and updating HR systems to provide accurate information and records
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a HR & Training Administrator to join us and support the business. As a HR Administrator you'll provide high levels of administration support across a number of HR functions.
The purpose of the role is to provide consistent, efficient, and high-quality administrative support for the HR team, ensuring the smooth day to day running of all core processes.
We need you display a high degree of professionalism and discretion at all times, as you will be representing both the company and the needs of the employees. You will need to be a confident communicator and able to competently manage a large variety ofadministrative tasks that support all our HR processes and procedures.

**Essential Skills**:
- Minimum of 2 years' administration experience / working towards your HR qualifications
- High level of personal credibility and positive working attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High level of accuracy (Written, verbal and presentation)
- Able to work on own initiative, be an independent thinker with the drive to deliver
- Ability to be discreet and confidential at all times with aptitude for dealing with sensitive data
