This is a PART TIME position. We are looking to appoint Inventory Clerks in Leicester. You will be working within a 20 mile radius, so you MUST have a car.

First Inventory are looking for property Inventory Clerks with a minimum of 1 years experience using the 'Inventory Base' property inspection App.

You must know the area very well, and be happy to travel within a 20 mile radius of Leicester.

Our clients are letting agents, property management companies, and private buy to let landlords.

**Job Details**:

- Self Employed freelance position with flexibility to choose the days you work.
- You must be available 2 - 3 days a week and be happy to work some weekends.
- You will be inspecting rental properties and compiling condition and contents reports at the start and end of tenancies.
- £15.00 to £25.00 per hour is achievable, based on £25.00 to £75.00 per property inspection report.

**We are ONLY recruiting Property Inventory Clerks who have a minimum of 1 years experience using the 'Inventory Base' property inspection App.**

**Job Requirements**:

- **You must have 1 years experience using the property inspection App 'Inventory Base'.**:

- **You must be available 2 - 3 days a week and happy to work some weekends.**:

- **You must live within 10 miles of Leicester.**:

- **You must have a car and you must be prepared to travel within a 10 mile radius of where you live.**:

- **You must have excellent written and spoken English and the highest standards of customer service skills.**

We want to build strong, long-term, working relationships with people who can work to the high professional standards our customers expect from us.

You must have an eye for detail and take pride in the accuracy of your work. You will need to be self motivated, highly organised, and have exceptional time keeping, as many appointments are time specific. Your work will include bookings to compile Inventory Reports, Check-Ins, Mid-Term Inspection Reports and Check-Out Reports. Hours are flexible and mostly daytime Monday to Friday, however you must be prepared to complete some bookings at weekends when necessary.

Established in 2005, First Inventory provide a bespoke range of independent professional Inventory services for letting agents, landlords and tenants. We are based in Guildford in Surrey, and we are actively recruiting staff in Leicester.
