Are you highly organised, confident, and customer-focused? my client is looking for a Property Manager to join their dynamic team This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in residential property management within a supportive and rewarding environment.

The Role:

As Property Manager, you'll provide comprehensive management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing properties and supporting tenancies

  • Coordinating property maintenance

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes (fire safety, gas checks, etc.)

  • Conducting inventories, inspections, and check-outs

  • Liaising with contractors for repairs

  • Mediating deposit releases

  • Renewing tenancies

  • Maintaining company standards

     

Skills & Experience:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of property management legislation

  • Previous experience in property management

  • Full driving license and own vehicle

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Highly organised and can work under pressure

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, plus two Saturdays per month, 9am – 2pm.

Licence/Certification: Driving license and access to own vehicle (essential).

Qualification: ARLA (desirable but not essential).
