**About the Role**:
Due to recent growth, Lloyd & Whyte Group are pleased to be expanding our Payment Plans Division.

This role will be integral to the effective running of one of our more specialist divisions, helping establish and maintain close relationships with Dental & Vet practices in the region to secure their relationship and grow their plan business with Lloyd & Whyte.

You will help to secure new business as well as developing and growing existing accounts via face to face and virtual meetings, attending exhibitions to promote Lloyd & Whyte to new clients as well as the opportunity to build relationships with industry stakeholders.

- 10+ years’ experience delivering payment plans for businesses throughout the whole of the UK

- **What exactly does our Payment Plans team do?**_

The Payment Plans team at Lloyd & Whyte organise and facilitate the collection of direct debits from patients or pet owners on behalf of Dental and Vet Practices. It allows patients or pet owners to spread the costs of annual check ups and routine treatments instead of paying all upfront. Our payment plan offering assists businesses in the dental and veterinary sectors where Lloyd & Whyte has substantial market share through general insurance.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
- Be proactive in building own pipeline through prospecting, event attendance and targeting of existing Lloyd & Whyte commercial insurance clients
- Keep an up to date diary system to manage prospecting and maximise new business opportunity and conversions
- Conduct effective meetings with new and existing clients to maximise business opportunities and revenue streams
- Relationship and account management of key clients
- SMART use of own time and resource when organising client meetings ensuring there is a particular focus on cost and potential return
- Work closely with regional and national partners such as the BDA, BVA and their local representation including LDCs
- Work in close partnership with other group development colleagues to generate new business opportunities
- Set up new plans for clients, including provision of their training and marketing support, ensuring all administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Be professional & proactive when representing the Company at external events, such as conferences and client visits
