Nordic Balance, a thriving health and fitness company, is seeking a positive and proactive Reception & Admin professional to join our team. We're looking for someone with a passion for exceptional customer service and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, even during busy periods.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within the health, fitness, or medical field.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine desire to provide a warm and welcoming experience for every client and patient.
- **Operational Prowess**: Ability to handle the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
- **Tech Savviness**: Comfortable learning and using new software (experience with Mindbody is a plus).
- **Team Player**: A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with a diverse team of therapists.
- **Availability**: Part-time initially, with potential for full-time. Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends across our three locations.
