**What you'll do**:

- **Empower your team**: Provide individualized coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to foster growth and cultivate a supportive team environment.
- **Lead with expertise**: Guide and mentor therapists in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest clinical standards are met.
- **Foster collaboration**: Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, critical case discussions, and innovative solutions to enhance clinical practice.
- **Build connections**: Nurture and expand relationships with referring doctors and key partners to strengthen our network and drive referrals.
- **Shape the future**: Contribute to the growth of Nordic Balance by actively participating in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Champion excellence**: Promote a positive and engaging work environment where therapists feel valued and supported.

**What you'll bring**:

- A minimum of 7-8 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a physiotherapist, osteopath, or chiropractor.
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, demonstrating a proven ability to guide and mentor teams.
- A deep commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering strong relationships.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a dedication to continuous improvement.

**What we offer**:

- A competitive salary of between £60,000 and £65,000 per year.
